You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photo or video proof so we can make it right.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
